Ace Combat X: Skies of Deception is a video game under development for the PlayStation Portable handheld console. It is the newest game in the Ace Combat series and the second for a portable console. In a new world 'apart' from th one featured in Ace Combat 5 and Zero, the Federal Republic of Aurelia is at war with it's neighbour, the Democratic Republic of Leasath. Aurrelia was said to have taken advantage of Leasath during a civil war, and Leasath wants revenge now that the civil war is over. You are the leader of Gryphus Squadron, of the Aurelian Air Force.
