SCEA Announces Two New Greatest Hits

Today, SCEA announced two new entries into its Greatest Hits catalog: the Greek myth-influenced God of War and the driving simulator Gran Turismo 4. Combined, both games have sold more than 2.5 million units to date, and their addition swells the Greatest Hits Library to 123 titles. "Our collection of 'Greatest Hits' games gives our customers access to hundreds of titles, including some of our most popular, award-winning games, at a value price," according to Jack Tretton, Executive Vice President and co-COO of Sony Computer Entertainment America. God of War, IGN's Game of the Year for 2005, is the story of the Spartan warrior Kratos and his epic quest for revenge against Ares, the God of War. Gran Turismo 4, IGN's PlayStation 2 Racing Game of the Year for 2005, features more than 700 cars and over 100 racetracks. Under the Greatest Hits banner, both titles will retail for $19.95.
